This Operator in Clean & Cap will perform cleaning, cap operations, and operate related equipment with a focus on quality and safety. Based in Mentor, Ohio, the role requires 1 year of manufacturing experience, strict adherence to MSDS and safety rules, and the ability to work with a team or independently to meet deadlines and efficiency standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, may be substituted by experience.
• Minimum 1 year of stable manufacturing experience, preferably in chemical or ceramic processes.
• Experience with misc. hand tools, safety guidelines and inspection tools.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work safely with a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle hazardous waste in accordance with MSDS and company policy.
• Perform clean and cap operations, including mega dip, mold prep, dewax, and related tasks.
• Meet efficiency standards as established by Engineering.
• Record daily work with correct codes and maintain accurate time distributions.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean, safe, and orderly.
• Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.
• Contribute to a positive work atmosphere and teamwork.
