Precision Castparts Corp. in Ohio is seeking an Operator in Clean & Cap to manage operations and operate equipment efficiently in manufacturing heavy ceramic process parts.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of stable manufacturing experience, preferably in chemical or ceramic environments. Candidates must follow safety rules, maintain cleanliness, and work well in a team.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of stable manufacturing experience, preferably in chemical process or ceramic industry.
• Experience with misc. hand tools, tables, racks, boxes, safety guidelines, feeds, grinders, inspection tools.

Responsabilidades

• Handle hazardous waste per MSDS and company policy.
• Perform clean & cap operations including mega dip, mold prep, dewax, and related tasks.
• Meet efficiency standards set by Engineering.
• Record daily work and time distribution with operational codes.
• Keep areas and equipment clean and safe per safety rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain positive work atmosphere with customers and colleagues.
• Additional responsibilities as required.
