Qualifications

• Ability to perform operations and operate all equipment in belting, stoning and gauging metal castings (turbine components).
• Follow MSDS and company safety policies for hazardous waste handling.
• Keep accurate daily records with operational codes and maintain clean, safe work areas.

Responsibilities

• Incumbent must handle hazardous waste per MSDS and company policy.
• Perform clean & cap operations, including mega dip, mold prep, dewax, and flash fire.
• Meet the efficiency standard as established by Engineering.
• Record daily work and time distribution with codes identifying the task.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and orderly, following safety rules.
• Perform other duties as designated by the supervisor.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere in interactions with customers, clients, coworkers and supervisors.
