Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. in Ohio is seeking an Operator in Clean & Cap to perform a range of manufacturing tasks and operate equipment efficiently while meeting safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, preferably in chemical process or ceramic industries, with a high school diploma or equivalent and a proven record of reliability and accuracy. This hands-on role requires flexibility and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience may substitute.
• Minimum 1 year of stable manufacturing experience, preferably chemical or ceramic.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines with reliability.
• Willingness to handle hazardous materials and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Handle hazardous waste per MSDS and company policy.
• Perform clean and cap operations including mega dip, mold prep, dewax and related tasks.
• Maintain automated equipment and ensure efficiency per Engineering standards.
• Record daily work and time distribution with correct codes.
• Keep areas and equipment clean and safe, following safety rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Communicate professionally to maintain positive work atmosphere.
