Qualifications

• Hazardous waste handling in accordance with MSDS and company policy.
• Operate belting, stoning and gauging of metal castings efficiently.
• Adhere to safety rules and maintain clean, orderly work areas.
• Able to follow engineering efficiency standards and daily operation codes.

Responsibilities

• Incumbent must handle hazardous waste in accordance with the MSDS and company policy.
• Perform all clean and cap operations, including clean & cap tasks, mega dip, mold prep, dewax, flash fire and expediting.
• Meet the specific requirements of the efficiency standard as established by Engineering.
• Record, on a daily basis, all work performed and the correct distribution of the work time identifying same by operational codes.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and orderly, following all safety rules.
• Perform other duties as designated by the supervisor.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers, clients, co-workers and supervisors.
