Position Purpose

Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia seeks canvassing representatives in the Roanoke, VA area to conduct door‑to‑door outreach, assess customers’ current window and door conditions, and schedule free consultations.

Responsibilities

• Speak to potential customers in residential neighborhoods and conduct door‑to‑door visits.
• Identify issues with current windows and doors and explain solutions.
• Set up and schedule appointments for Design Consultants for free consultations.
• Map and target the most likely customer prospects strategically.
• Work independently and collaboratively with a team.

Requirements

• Shift(s): Monday‑Friday; Spring/Summer: 11am‑7pm; Fall/Winter: 9am‑5pm or 10am‑6pm.
• At least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) required.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

• General familiarity with technology such as tablets and web platforms.
