Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia is seeking Entry Level Sales Representatives to advise customers about window and door issues in the Central Virginia region. You will go door-to-door, identify needs, explain solutions, and schedule consultations with Design Consultants.

Training is provided, with strong earning potential through bonuses. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, plus lucrative weekly bonuses with no cap.

Qualifications

• Shift schedule: Monday–Friday with seasonal hours.
• At least one weekend day required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stand 6–8 hours and walk 3–5 miles daily.
• Familiar with tablets and web platforms.
• Go-get attitude, motivated and dependable.

Job Details

We’re looking for Entry Level Sales Reps who want to represent Renewal by Andersen in the Central Virginia region by advising potential customers on their current window and door issues. Entry Level Sales Representatives will go door‑to‑door identifying window and door needs, explaining the best route to solving them, and setting appointments for our Design Consultants. This position paves the way for internal growth into different or similar positions.

After our paid training, you will have the necessary tools to maximize your earnings while working out in the field. You will start at $17.00 per hour and have the opportunity to earn bonus every week—there is no cap on bonuses.

Responsibilities

Speak to potential customers in residential areas and go door‑to‑door.

Identify problem areas in current windows and doors.

Set up / schedule appointments for our Design Consultants to give a free consultation.

Map out and strategically target the most likely customers.

Work independently and with a team.

Requirements

• Shift(s): Monday‑Friday; Spring/Summer Hours: 11am‑7pm; Fall/Winter Hours: 9am‑5pm or 10am‑6pm
• At least one weekend day required (Saturday or Sunday)
• Good at dealing with people, working in a fast‑paced environment, proficient communicator
• Able to be on your feet for 6‑8 hours, walking 3‑5 miles per day
• General familiarity with technology such as tablets and web platforms
• Possess a “go‑get” attitude (motivated, ambitious, dependable)
• Be willing to submit to a background check
• Authorized to work in the United States

Compensation

$17 per hour plus lucrative weekly bonus opportunities.

4 appointment minimum = $250 bonus; additional leads = $62 each; bi‑weekly pay.
