Overview

We’re looking for Entry Level Sales Representatives who want to represent Renewal by Andersen in the Central Virginia region by advising potential customers on their current window and door issues. After paid training, you’ll have the tools to maximize earnings while working in the field. The position starts at $17.00 per hour with the opportunity for weekly bonuses—no cap on earnings.

Your Role

• Speak to potential customers in residential areas and conduct door‑to‑door visits.
• Identify problems with current windows and doors.
• Set up and schedule appointments for Design Consultants to provide free consultations.
• Map out and strategically target the most likely customer base.
• Work independently and in a team environment.

Requirements

• Shift(s): Monday‑Friday.
• Spring/Summer Hours: 11am–7pm.
• Fall/Winter Hours: 9am–5pm or 10am–6pm.
• At least one weekend day required (Saturday or Sunday).
• Ability to be on your feet for 6–8 hours and walk 3–5 miles per day.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient with technology such as tablets and web platforms.
• Motivated attitude with a “go get” mindset.
• Willingness to submit to a background check.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $17.00 per hour.
• Lucrative weekly bonus opportunities—with no cap on bonuses.
• Bonus: $250 for every 4 appointments; $62 for each additional lead.
• Biweekly pay schedule.
• Paid time off: Earn 12 days in your first year.
