Responsibilities

• canvassing residential neighborhoods to introduce RoofServ to homeowners.
• Schedule roof inspections and appointments for the team.
• Track conversations, leads, and appointments in the CRM.
• Attend roof inspections and document damage with photos and notes.
• Explain insurance claim steps to homeowners and stay on track with next steps.
• Assist with job site checks, material deliveries, and project close-out.

Start Here. Grow Into Sales and Project Management. This is an entry-level job that will bring you into our pipeline of sales and project management. You'll start in the field meeting homeowners, and as you learn the business, you'll take on more of the project side: helping homeowners through inspections, insurance claims, and their roof replacement.

RoofServ Nashville is building our local team from the ground up. We're looking for motivated, outgoing people who want more than a side gig. We want people who want a career path in the roofing industry. No roofing experience? That's fine. We'll teach you what you need to know.

What You'll Be Doing

Canvassing

• Visit residential neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to RoofServ.
• Talk with homeowners about roofing concerns, storm damage, and free roof inspections.
• Schedule roof inspections and appointments for our team.
• Track your conversations, leads, and appointments in our CRM.

Junior Project Management

• Attend roof inspections and learn to document damage with photos and notes.
• Help homeowners understand the insurance claim process and stay on track with next steps.
• Be on site for adjuster meetings alongside our project managers.
• Keep homeowners updated from signed contract through install day and final walkthrough.
• Help with job site checks, material deliveries, and project close-out.

You won't be thrown on a roof on day one. We'll train you step by step, and you'll work alongside experienced sales and project management professionals as you learn.

How You Get Paid

You get paid at every stage of the job, not just at the finish line. Each lead you generate can pay you more than once

• Roof inspection completed on a lead you generated: $100
• Insurance claim filed by the homeowner: $200
• Roofing contract signed: % split with your Mentor / Project Manager
