RoofServ in Raleigh, NC is seeking energetic Field Canvassers to generate roofing opportunities. This role offers part-time or full-time options with performance-based pay.

Your job is to meet homeowners, discuss roofing concerns, and set appointments for our sales team. No roofing experience is required; we provide training and support.

You’ll use a CRM to track conversations and leads, work with a team, and earn $250 per signed contract from your leads.

Your job is simple: start conversations, meet homeowners, and help our sales team find new roofing opportunities.

• Visit residential neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to RoofServ.
• Speak with homeowners about roofing concerns, storm damage, and free roof inspections.
• Schedule appointments for our experienced roofing sales representatives.
• Track your conversations, leads, and appointments using our CRM.
• Work with our office and sales team to focus your time on neighborhoods with strong opportunities.

You don't need to climb roofs, write estimates, or close contracts. Our sales professionals handle the technical side and work directly with homeowners.

Targeted Neighborhoods: Our office uses homeowner databases, storm information, and local market research to help identify areas worth canvassing. You're not just knocking on random doors.

Training & Support: We'll show you how to approach homeowners, start conversations, and identify opportunities. You'll have an experienced sales team behind you.

How You Get Paid

Earn $250 for each signed roofing contract that comes from a lead you generate.

You focus on finding opportunities and setting appointments. Our roofing sales team handles inspections, estimates, and closing contracts.

Your earning potential depends on the opportunities you generate and the contracts that result.
