RoofServ Nashville is building our local team from the ground up. We start in the field meeting homeowners and learning the business as we assist inspections, insurance claims, and roof replacements.

No roofing experience? That's fine. We'll train you step by step alongside experienced sales and project management professionals. A real career path awaits in roofing sales and project management.

Qualifications

• No roofing experience required; training provided.
• Must be motivated and outgoing with good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn insurance claim processes and roofing basics.

Responsibilities

• canvassing residential neighborhoods to introduce RoofServ to homeowners.
• Schedule roof inspections and appointments for the team.
• Track conversations, leads, and appointments in the CRM.
• Attend roof inspections and document damage with photos and notes.
• Explain insurance claim steps to homeowners and stay on track with next steps.
• Assist with job site checks, material deliveries, and project close-out.
