Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of the Carolinas is seeking two Junior Sales Associates to join the sales team and drive leads. You will speak with homeowners about window problems, diagnose needs, and schedule visits for a salesperson to provide pricing.

Qualifications

Today, I'm pleased to announce, we're looking for 2 new Jr Sales Associates to join our ranks - whose primary objective will be to work with the sales team to drive leads. This teammate will speak with interesting people who own homes with old windows and doors. During the conversation, they diagnose the window problems, delight the homeowner with kindness and schedule a convenient time for a salesperson to visit and calculate a price. This is a rare opportunity to work independently in an upbeat team environment, learn sales from the best and earn an above-average income.
