Job summary

DaBella in Missoula, MT is seeking a Canvass Supervisor to lead and mentor a growing team of canvassers in field outreach. You will recruit, screen, onboard new team members, coach performance, and model a strong work ethic in the field.

This boots-on-the-ground role requires stamina to walk neighborhoods, communicate effectively, and schedule inspections for the sales team while maintaining a positive, safety-conscious approach.

Qualifications

• Active, boots-on-the-ground role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to recruit and interview new canvassers.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Motivate the Team: coach, mentor, and drive daily/weekly goals.
• Recruit & Build the Team: screen, interview, onboard new canvassers.
