DaBella in West Valley City, UT seeks a Canvass Supervisor to lead from the front, motivate a growing team, and drive field marketing results. You will knock doors alongside your crew, schedule inspections, and recruit new members, while the sales team handles the close.

This active, outdoors role requires strong communicator, resilience to rejection, and the ability to manage schedules, safety, and logistics. You’ll mentor teammates, monitor performance, and contribute to company growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading canvassing or field teams.
• Ability to coach and mentor field staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with outdoor, weather-exposed work.
• Experience in recruiting and onboarding new team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the canvass team to meet daily/weekly goals.
• Coach, mentor, and provide actionable feedback.
• Recruit and onboard new canvassers.
• Track daily activities and performance metrics.
• Safely operate company van and coordinate field logistics.
