Job summary

Coastal Water and Air in Florida is seeking a Canvassing Manager to bring proven leadership to our door-to-door team. You will recruit, interview, hire, and train canvassers while guiding daily field activity and ensuring effective field operations.

You will plan neighborhood canvassing strategies, territories, and routes, coach staff, and track performance to help canvassers improve results. This is a growth-focused role with a long-standing residential water treatment history.
