Job summary

Florida's Best Water Treatment Company is seeking a proven canvassing team manager to interview, hire, train, and lead a field canvassing crew. You will build neighborhood maps, develop route strategies, and drive performance across the team.

The role requires strong leadership, home-services experience, and the ability to coach and motivate teams, with a car or truck for field work. This is a full-time, on-site position with compensation including salary, commissions, and overrides.
