Job summary

Florida's Best Water Treatment Company is seeking a proven leader to build and manage a high-performing door-to-door canvassing team. The role involves hiring, training, and coaching canvassers, leading field activities, and developing neighborhood routes to maximize coverage and results.

You will coach the team, conduct in-field training, and track performance to improve production. A car or truck is required to access neighborhoods and drive performance consistently.

• Proven door-to-door canvassing management experience.
• Home improvement or related home-services experience.
• Experience building and training canvassing teams.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Must have a car or truck.
