Job summary

The successful candidate will lead customer service for Instructional Technology, develop training materials, maintain LMS integrations, and collaborate with Academic Technology, SCU Online, and the library to enhance teaching and learning.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Innovation in instructional design and multimedia development for online, blended, and hybrid courses.
• Knowledge of instructional technologies and LMS platforms.
• Experience administering the Canvas LMS and related tools.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist faculty by blending technology resources with pedagogy.
• Provide primary LMS administrative support via email, phone, and teleconferencing.
• Develop and deliver faculty development workshops on instructional technology.
• Maintain LMS integrations and collaborate with campus partners.
• Promote instructional technology across online, hybrid, and on-campus courses.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and ensure timely testing of tools.
