Cantor Arts Center and Anderson Collection at Stanford University invite applications for a Facilities Manager on the Stanford campus. The role supports operations, maintenance, repair, inventory tracking, and refurbishing of the physical environment and building systems.

Reporting to the Deputy Director, you will oversee one direct report and coordinate with Cantor and Anderson teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure safe, functional spaces.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and three years related, demonstrated facilities management experience or equivalent.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within the department.
• Basic knowledge of building engineering (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting controls).
• Analytical skills to track space, equipment, and financial data.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to interpret planning documents, drawings, and reports.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Airtable, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as operations/maintenance point of contact for Cantor and Anderson; manage work orders and budgets.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and renovations with vendors and internal teams.
• Contribute to strategic management and long-range financial planning.
• Coordinate communications services and provide updates to building occupants.
• Supervise one direct report supporting daily operations and building systems.
