La Vida Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic General Manager for Big Chill Surf Cantina in Delaware. You’ll oversee daily operations, finance, marketing, and team culture to drive profitability while preserving the beach‑side vibe our guests love.

Lead by example with strong leadership, budgeting, inventory control, and staff development. You’ll hire, train, and mentor the team, partner with local vendors and the Brand Manager on promotions, events, and community engagement to keep Big Chill

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hospitality experience (bar or restaurant management preferred).
• College degree in hotel/restaurant management preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in a Bar/Restaurant Management position.

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations to ensure smooth, efficient business flow.
• Develop and implement systems to improve efficiency and profitability.
