Job summary

You will manage accounts, coordinate orders, provide product education, support AR, and prepare regular sales forecasts while ensuring compliance with state regulations. A base salary plus commission with a total compensation aligned to performance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of sales experience in cannabis or related industries.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in sales.
• Reliable transportation for in-person sales visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with licensed wholesale buyers and retail partners.
• Represent and promote Shaka and Springtime brands in the market.
• Schedule and execute pop-up events with retail partners.
• Coordinate wholesale orders with internal teams for accurate fulfillment.
• Provide product education and ongoing support to wholesale customers.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts using company systems.
