Essential Employment Services Inc. is hiring a Cannabis Wholesale Sales Representative to drive revenue with licensed retail partners and manage accounts in the Albuquerque area.

You will promote Shaka and Springtime brands, coordinate orders, and ensure timely delivery while adhering to state regulations. The role requires 2–4 years of sales experience, strong relationship skills, and a passion for the cannabis industry.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in cannabis or related industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and proactive in sales.
• Reliable transportation for in‑person sales visits as needed.
• A passion for the cannabis industry and the company’s mission and values.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with licensed wholesale buyers and retail partners within an assigned territory.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale accounts, handling inquiries, orders, follow‑ups, payment status, and ongoing support.
• Represent and promote Shaka and Springtime brands, ensuring consistent brand presence and education in the market.
• Schedule and execute pop‑up events with retail partners after product deliveries.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the territory.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Coordinate wholesale orders with internal teams for accurate fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with order planning and fulfillment as needed.
• Communicate pricing, availability, and lead times clearly and professionally to wholesale customers.
• Review COAs and provide compliance documentation as required.
• Ensure all wholesale activities comply with state and local cannabis regulations.
• Collaborate with inventory, production, and compliance teams to align sales with supply.
• Collect payments and assist AR management, including follow‑ups on outstanding invoices.
• Provide product education, training, and ongoing support to retail partners.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates via CRM systems.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support sales strategy.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, dispensary visits, and in‑store promotions.
