Job summary

Essential Employment Services Inc. seeks a Cannabis Wholesale Sales Representative in Massachusetts to drive wholesale revenue, build relationships with licensed retail partners, and represent Shaka and Springtime brands in the market.

You will manage territory, handle orders and AR support, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide product education. A high school diploma is required; 2–4 years of cannabis sales experience preferred; base salary plus commission with total compensation aligned

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in cannabis or related industries.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated and proactive in sales.
• Reliable transportation for in-person visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with licensed wholesale buyers and retail partners in the assigned territory.
• Serve as primary contact for wholesale accounts, handling inquiries, orders, follow-ups, and payments.
• Represent brands (Shaka and Springtime) with consistent market presence and education.
• Schedule pop-up events with retail partners and coordinate product deliveries.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Coordinate wholesale orders with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate fulfillment.
• Provide product education and ongoing support to retail partners.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates.
