Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience in a retail setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills with clear communication.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Willingness to learn about cannabis products and GTI offerings.
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Familiarity with basic office equipment and computer software.
• Understanding of applicable laws and regulations in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Recommend products and consumption methods based on patient needs.
• Keep the sales floor stocked and store appearance maintained.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge.
• Educate patients on products, methods, and safety.
• Handle cash and apply discounts; verify IDs and paperwork.
• Accurate data entry in POS and state verification system.
• Maintain hard copy files when required.
• Support management to ensure smooth store operations.
