Cresco Labs, operating Sunnyside dispensaries in Florida, seeks a Wellness Advisor to guide customers in selecting cannabis products and to embody the company’s mission of professional, compliant service. This role handles check-in, consultations, order fulfillment, and checkout with strict adherence to state regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year in customer service, flexibility for varied shifts, and a team-oriented, consultative approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year in customer service; retail or hospitality preferred.
• Flexibility to work opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Ability to learn technical and product information in a consultative manner.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).

Responsabilités

• Greet customers, ensuring a best-in-class experience.
• Build customer relationships by listening to customer needs.
• Assist customers in product selection through education of cannabis products.
• Apply effective selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify proper documentation and ID for customers.
• Assist in verifying the accuracy of orders dispensed to customers.
