Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements to meet business needs (varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends)
• Must have reliable attendance
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass all required background checks including cannabis employment requirements
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
• Must comply with all legal or company cannabis regulations
• Prior cannabis experience not required

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend safe regimens and stay up to date on product knowledge
• Maintain a positive, patient/customer-oriented work environment
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
• Support management to ensure smooth store operations and compliance
• Ensure local/state cannabis regulations are upheld
• Keep sales floor stocked and store appearance compliant
• Maintain hard copy files as required
• Follow security and safety procedures
• Handle front-of-house and back-of-house duties including POS and inventory
• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards
