Cresco Labs is hiring a Wellness Advisor for Sunnyside in Florida. You will advise customers on cannabis products, manage the customer lifecycle from check-in to checkout, and ensure compliance with state regulations. The role emphasizes training, product knowledge, and a consultative sales approach in a fast-paced retail environment.

Typical schedule is 15–25 hours per week with weekend and holiday flexibility, supporting a welcoming, professional dispensary experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in customer service; retail or hospitality preferred.
• Flexibility to work opening/closing, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a best-in-class experience.
• Build relationships by listening to customer needs and offering guidance on cannabis products.
• Educate customers on product options and their effects; cross-sell to build baskets.
• Verify IDs and proper documentation for compliance; assist in accurate order fulfillment.
• Label, package, and process customer orders; maintain accurate records and inventory.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization; support displays and merchandising.
• Adhere to SOPs for cash handling and POS transactions; escalate issues to management.
