Cresco Labs’ Sunnyside dispensary in Champaign, Illinois seeks a Wellness Advisor to guide customers through cannabis selections while upholding regulatory standards. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; retail or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent customer service and ability to engage with customers.
• Ability to learn technical and product information in a consultative manner.
• Willingness to learn cannabinoids and their effects on the body.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a best-in-class experience.
• Verify documentation and IDs for customers.
• Conduct consultations and address questions or complaints; escalate when needed.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and help select appropriate options.
• Process orders and handle cash in POS system following SOPs.
• Maintain accurate records of dispensary activities per state regulations.
