Job summary

Zen Leaf is seeking a Cannabis Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and personalized cannabis education in our Phoenix location. The role involves greeting customers, guiding product selection and usage education, maintaining a clean storefront, and supporting managers with daily operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail/hospitality, a 21+ age requirement with background checks, and a strong interest in cannabinoids and compliance with state laws. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Ability to use office equipment (computers and printers) and their included software i.e. Word, Excel, email, etc.
• Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to the cannabis industry and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Advocate cannabis customer care and education.
• Help customers navigate cannabis products and educate on usage as a wellness product.
• Build rapport with regular customers to promote repeat business.
• Work well in a fast-paced retail environment and support management.
