Job summary

Fernway in Glendale, AZ is hiring an Inventory Specialist to manage cannabis and non-cannabis inventory across multiple warehouses. You will perform daily cycle counts, receive shipments, organize and label stock, and use the ERP system to record movements.

You will maintain Excel reports, monitor inventory levels, and assist with discrepancies. A strong work ethic, reliable teamwork, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb a ladder.
• Experience with warehouse equipment and ERP systems.
• Must pass cannabis regulatory screening and onboarding trainings.

Responsibilities

• Cycle Counts: Daily cannabis inventory counts and weekly counts for non-cannabis items.
• Receive Shipments: Unload trucks and receive cannabis and non-cannabis material.
• Organize, label and put away inventory items at multiple warehouses.
• Assist in preparation and breakdown of shipments.
• Execute movement transactions and adjustments within ERP system.
• Maintain inventory par levels in Excel and update reports for management.
• Conduct deliveries, both cannabis and non-cannabis
• Communicate well with supervisors and team members
• Willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.
