Job summary

Fernway in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Fulfillment Lead to manage cannabis order fulfillment for dispensaries statewide, including picking, packing, labeling and documentation for compliant, on-time delivery.

This role partners with inventory, accounting and management, requiring strong communication and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. On-site with a flexible schedule and a focus on quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old (regulatory requirement).
• 1+ years Cannabis experience.
• Ability to pass cannabis regulatory pre-screenings.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to complete onboarding trainings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with Metrc (preferred).
• Familiarity with Google Suite (preferred).
• Clean driving record and enjoys spending time in the car.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb a ladder up and down.
• Flexible schedule, with overtime when necessary.
• Ability to reliably commute and work on-site in Glendale AZ.

Responsibilities

• Detailed picking and packing of several orders daily in accordance with state regulations.
• Creation of transfer manifests and issuance of invoices within the ERP system.
• Correspondence with retail partners regarding delivery documentation.
• Communicating with the accounting team to ensure all required financial documents are sent to active accounts.
• Creating routes based on sales team requests and market turnaround times.
• Ensuring routes maximize product dispatch while balancing customer requests.
• Preparing and organizing inventory labels within the secure vault space.
• Assisting with daily, weekly and monthly audits.
• Coordinating delivery logistics for cannabis shipments.
• Improving the speed and accuracy of fulfillment processes.
• Maintaining a positive attitude and collaborating with supervisors and team members.
