Job summary

Fernway is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist in Glendale, AZ to manage cannabis order fulfillment for dispensaries across the state. Responsibilities include picking/packing orders, creating transfer manifests, invoicing in ERP, and coordinating delivery documentation.

Role requires on-site work, valid driver’s license, and compliance with state regulations. The position offers health coverage and a comprehensive benefits package; flexibility for overtime and multi-tasking is expected.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with a valid Driver’s License.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with Metrc (preferred).
• Familiarity with the Google Suite (preferred).
• Able to pass Cannabis regulatory pre-screenings.

Responsibilities

• Detailed picking & packing of orders daily on-site.
• Create transfer manifests and issue invoices in ERP.
• Correspond with retail partners regarding delivery documentation.
• Prepare and organize labels of inventory items in secure vault space.
