• 1–2 years of warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, or related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and electronic inventory systems.
• Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, verify, and prepare customer orders for delivery.
• Confirm product types, quantities, and order accuracy before shipment.
• Inspect finished products and labels for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Track inventory and product movement in the cannabis traceability system.
• Maintain organized inventory records and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with sales and internal teams to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment.
• Identify discrepancies and communicate issues to the team.
• Keep a clean, compliant work area and follow SOPs and safety procedures.
• Adapt to changing priorities and help improve fulfillment processes.
• Support other production, inventory, and facility teams as needed
