Essential Employment Services is seeking a Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to support cannabis operations with secure product distribution and precise stock control. The role combines field-based delivery duties with on-site inventory oversight and administrative coordination in New Jersey.

You will verify IDs, maintain delivery records, audit inventory, and collaborate across warehouses and wholesale teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in inventory management or logistics is preferred.
• Working knowledge of cannabis compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transport cannabis products safely following schedules and security policies.
• Verify IDs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain delivery records with signatures and manifests.
• Coordinate with dispatch and internal teams on status and issues.
• Report feedback and needs to the wholesale team for future orders.
• Inspect vehicles and address safety concerns.
• Manage inventory within cultivation facility and update records.
• Prepare inventory reports and assist with audits.
