Order Fulfillment Technician - Cannabis Manufacturing About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading cannabis company, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Technician to join its manufacturing and distribution team.

This role plays an important part in getting finished cannabis products from the facility into the hands of retail partners. You'll work with finished inventory, pull and prepare customer orders, verify product accuracy, ensure labeling meets compliance standards, and maintain accurate inventory records within the state's cannabis tracking system.

If you have experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, inventory, shipping, or distribution and enjoy organized, hands‑on work in a fast‑paced environment, this is a great opportunity to build experience in the regulated cannabis industry.

Previous cannabis experience is not required.

What You'll Do

• Pick, verify, and prepare customer orders for delivery

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, or related experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and electronic inventory systems
• Ability to stay organized while working in a fast‑paced environment
• Dependable, self‑motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable performing repetitive, detail‑oriented tasks throughout an 8‑hour shift
• Previous experience in cannabis, botanical processing, or another highly regulated industry is a plus, but not required

Work Environment

This is a hands‑on role within a cannabis manufacturing environment. Team members may have daily exposure to cannabis and other potential allergens, including tree nuts and coconut oil.

Candidates must:

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Successfully complete all required background checks
• Meet all state and company requirements for employment in the cannabis industry
• Be eligible to obtain and maintain any required state cannabis employee/agent credentials
