District Cannabis LLC is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to support inventory and product fulfillment for cannabis products. The role emphasizes accurate picking, scanning, labeling, and adherence to state regulations.

Qualified candidates will have at least a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of inventory/fulfillment experience (preferably in a cannabis dispensary), and must pass federal and state background checks. On-site work and a fast-paced environment are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math and counting skills.
• Minimum 1 year of inventory/fulfillment experience.
• Preferred 1 year of cannabis dispensary fulfillment experience.
• Willingness to pass background checks (federal/state).

Responsibilities

• Run, pick, scan, and communicate cannabis products based on order tickets.
• Confirm product information matches the order ticket.
• Sticker and label products per policy and state regs.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or overstock.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain stock accuracy.
• Ensure product quality and proper storage conditions.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain efficient operations.
• Comply with HR policies, confidentiality, and security procedures.
• Keep storage area clean and organized for accessibility.
• Stay updated on product types and basic industry knowledge.
