Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Provide product advice and answer questions for customers.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Encourage loyalty by enrolling guests in rewards programs.
• Open/close the store, handle cash, and follow procedures.
• Maintain a clean, stocked sales floor and backroom while supporting inventory tasks.
