Job summary

Curaleaf Bellmawr is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our brand and guide customers through cannabis products with friendly, knowledgeable service. You will handle transactions at the register, upsell complementary items, and maintain a clean, organized store environment in a fast-paced, compliant setting.

You'll greet guests, answer questions, update profiles, and support team goals while working 4–29 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer-facing or sales experience.
• 6 months of experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven retail environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnights.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Provide personalized product advice and upsell as appropriate.
• Process transactions and handle cash accurately at the register.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and restock as needed.
• Support inventory tasks and stay informed on promotions and product updates.
