Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our brand, helping customers explore cannabis products and deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will greet guests, provide product recommendations, handle transactions, and support store standards with a friendly, inclusive attitude.

You’ll help guests find the right products, upsell where appropriate, and participate in rewards programs while staying compliant with store policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a customer-facing or sales role is preferred.
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all guests in a warm, professional manner to ensure a strong customer experience.
• Upsell and recommend products to meet guest needs.
• Process transactions accurately at the register and maintain cash accuracy.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked, including backroom responsibilities.
• Engage with guests, sign them up for rewards programs, and support store promotions.
