Job summary

Curaleaf in Las Vegas is hiring a Retail Store Associate (Full Time) to be the face of the brand and deliver top-tier customer service. You’ll assist guests with product selections, handle transactions at the register, and keep the store stocked and inviting.

You’ll work open shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, contributing to a fast-paced, compliant retail environment while supporting Curaleaf’s mission and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer-facing or sales experience.
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays and occasional overnights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with technology and learning new tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Help customers explore products and provide informed recommendations.
• Process transactions accurately and manage refunds or exchanges.
