Mint Cannabis is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple Michigan dispensaries, driving sales performance, leading store management teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will ensure consistency, strong customer experiences, and operational excellence across all locations.

The role requires building leadership capacity, executing strategy, and acting as Mint’s brand ambassador in the community. Frequent travel within Michigan is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in cannabis operations or management in Michigan.
• 5+ years in retail management, including 2+ years in multi-unit leadership.
• Proven success in sales growth and operational management.
• Strong understanding of Michigan cannabis laws and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems, reporting tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to travel frequently between locations.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Oversee and support Store Managers across multiple locations for consistency and strong team performance.
• Recruit, train, and mentor store management for leadership growth and retention.
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate operations and reinforce Mint standards.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to reach revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage district budgets, control expenses, and ensure financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with state and local cannabis regulations through audits and inspections.
• Promote a high-quality customer experience and represent Mint Cannabis in the community.
• Collaborate with marketing to coordinate community events and outreach.
