Job summary

TRP is seeking a Part-Time Inventory Lead in Napa, CA to work alongside the Co-Managers and GM, providing day-to-day oversight of store operations and inventory management.

The candidate will drive the TRP customer experience, train staff, manage orders and cycles, maintain merchandising standards, and support community outreach while delivering a friendly, knowledgeable service to customers and patients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience supervising training, quality and customer service in retail.
• Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in partnership with Co-Managers and GM to achieve clear sales volume and KPI goals.
• Oversee store inventory management and processing, including receiving, counting and documenting deliveries.
• Train and supervise Inventory Associates and monitor expired/stagnant inventory.
• Maintain high visual presentation, merchandising and product launches.
• Drive customer experience and loyalty through TRP programs and community outreach.
• Place orders for processing room materials and manage inventory records.
