Qualifications

• 1-2 years in the cannabis industry.
• Leadership background for large teams; cannabis leadership a plus.
• Experience in sales preferred.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain a Missouri Agent Card.
• METRC Experience
• Dutchie Experience

Responsibilities

• Leadership responsibilities: Training, developing, and aligning up to 25+ Team members.
• Sales: Responsible for improving sales month over month. Working with marketing and procurement teams to drive sales and increase revenue.
• Inventory Control: Reducing product shrinkage by reducing aging inventory/inventory expirations, understanding your inventory par levels, and sell-throughs.
• Compliance: Understanding Missouri compliance requirements to walk through state inspections, reducing deficiencies confidently.
