Green Thumb Industries in Chicago seeks a Social Media Manager for RYTHM and RYTHM Beverage to own the content strategy and hands-on production. You will shoot, edit, and publish content that builds these brands, from lo-fi reactive video to event capture, working with multiple teams to craft authentic moments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in social media management with growth on key platforms.
• Hands-on production: shoot/edit lo-fi photos and short videos.
• Familiar with cannabis social media rules and platform guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Create content across formats: shoot and edit short-form video and photography, and produce graphics for RYTHM and RYTHM Beverage social channels.
• Travel to RYTHM and RYTHM Beverage events to capture content in real time, including evenings and weekends.
• Develop and execute a winning social strategy to drive engagement and growth while building the brands.
• Own an ongoing content calendar across all key social channels in partnership with the brand teams.
• Write engaging, channel-appropriate copy that reflects each brand's voice.
• Monitor performance and translate data into actionable insights; establish KPIs and monthly reports.
• Conduct periodic competitive audits and adapt plans as needed.
• Collaborate with Community Manager and Influencer/ Affiliate Manager on creator content.
• Stay current on cannabis industry guidelines to ensure compliant content by channel.
