• Strong communication and organizational skills across multiple projects.
• Technical comfort in developer portals without writing code.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding experience for new cannabis retailers.
• Act as the first real experience customers have with the platform.
• Coordinate with Sales, Support, and CSM to prevent escalations.
• Guide clients through configuration, best practices, and product fundamentals.
• Manage mobile app submissions, rejections, and suspensions.
• Surface client feedback and trends to inform product development.
