Job summary

Dutchie is seeking an Implementation Strategist to lead onboarding and configuration for new dispensaries across our product suite, including POS, E-Commerce, Loyalty & Marketing, and Mobile App. You will translate complex concepts into clear actions for operators and manage timelines and records in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and training of new dispensary customers launching on Dutchie.
• Guide clients through configuration, best practices, and product fundamentals across core products.
• Manage mobile app submissions and releases through App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
• Translate technical concepts into clear steps for non-technical operators.
• Maintain project timelines and customer records in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and CSM to anticipate and prevent issues.
