Job summary

Dutchie is seeking an Implementation Strategist to lead onboarding and configuration for new dispensaries across our product suite, including POS, E-Commerce, Loyalty & Marketing, and Mobile App. You will translate complex concepts into clear actions for operators and manage timelines and records in Salesforce.

About This Job

As the cannabis industry grows, so does the need for operators who can hit the ground running. The Implementation Strategist at Dutchie is the first real experience a new customer has with our platform — you own their onboarding, configuration, and early success across our full product suite: POS, E-Commerce, Loyalty & Marketing, Mobile App, and more.

What You'll Do...

• Own the onboarding and training of new dispensary customers launching on Dutchie
• Guide clients through configuration, best practices, and product fundamentals across all core products
• Manage white-label mobile app submissions and releases through App Store Connect and Google Play Console, including handling rejections and suspensions
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable steps for non-technical operators
• Manage project timelines and customer records in Salesforce
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and CSM to get ahead of issues before they elevate
• Surface client feedback and trends to inform product development

What You Bring...

• 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role — SaaS implementation, POS, account management, or solutions engineering
• Strong communicator: clear, empathetic, and polished across phone, email, and video
• Organized and adaptable — comfortable juggling multiple projects at different stages
• Technically comfortable in developer portals (App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Firebase) without needing to write code
• Quick learner who picks up new platforms and industries fast
• Team-oriented but fully capable of owning work independently
• AI Mindset: You aren't just using AI for emails. You're automating complex workflows and experimenting with agentic methodologies to move faster than a traditional team
• Salesforce familiarity a plus; cannabis industry or METRC/BioTrack experience a bonus
• Ability to travel within the US

• PMP Certification
• METRC or BioTrack experience
• Looker or BI tool familiarity

You’ll Get…

We are targeting a starting salary of $55,000 - $75,000 based on the intended level for this role.
