Job summary

Cresco Labs, operating Sunnyside® dispensaries, seeks a Dispensary Supervisor to oversee daily Sunnyside store operations, lead staff, maintain compliance, and ensure a premier customer experience. You will manage opening/closing, coaching, and escalate complex issues while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes training, teamwork, and product knowledge in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment, with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in customer service.
• 1+ year experience leading or mentoring a team; cannabis experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information in a professional consultative manner.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.

Responsibilities

• Regularly perform store opening and closing procedures (register, inventory, reconciliation).
• Facilitate training and onboarding of Lead Wellness Advisors and Wellness Advisors.
• Respond to employee questions and escalate staffing needs to management.
• Provide real-time coaching and document employee relations issues.
• Direct workflow by creating rosters and delegating daily tasks.
• Ensure compliance with policy, state and local laws.
• Manage escalated customer concerns and complex product questions.
• Investigate cash, POS or product discrepancies and escalate as needed.
• Troubleshoot POS system issues and ensure accuracy of inventory and cash deposits.
• Maintain inventory of marketing assets and promotional materials.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment for employees and customers; lift up to 50 lbs (100 with assistance).
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
