Job summary

The Sunnyside Retail Store Supervisor at Cresco Labs will support day-to-day dispensary operations in line with state law and company standards. This role directs staff workflow and opening/closing duties, handling customer escalations while representing Cresco's mission to normalize, professionalize, and revolutionize cannabis.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in customer service.
• 1+ year leading or mentoring a team; cannabis experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Regularly perform store opening and closing procedures and inventory tasks.
• Direct workflow of the team and delegate daily responsibilities.
• Manage escalated customer concerns and ensure compliance with policies.
• Troubleshoot POS issues and reconcile cash discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory of marketing assets and ensure a safe environment.
