Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in customer service
• 1+ year experience leading or mentoring a team; cannabis experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product information in a consultative manner
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills

Responsibilities

• Regularly perform store opening and closing procedures on non-peak periods
• Facilitate training and onboarding of Lead Wellness Advisors and Wellness Advisors
• Respond to all employees' questions, concerns or suggestions
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback; escalate employee relations issues
• Direct workflow by creating morning rosters and daily responsibilities
• Ensure team compliance with all company policies and laws
• Manage escalated customer concerns and complex product questions
• Investigate cash, POS or product discrepancies and escalate appropriately
• Troubleshoot POS system issues
• Verify inventory counts and cash deposits; reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain inventory of marketing assets
• Ensure a clean and safe environment; lift up to 50 pounds
